Street Lighting & Traffic Signals
The Maintenance Department is the liaison between city residents and Entergy for reporting street light outages. To report a street light outage, please have the street light number from the pole (black and yellow numbers) located approximately 6 foot off the ground and street name, then use our Citizen Help Request Portal or contact our office at (501) 207-5772 between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm or email:

The Maintenance Department also maintains all traffic signals in the City. To report a traffic signal outage, please use our Citizen Help Request Portal or contact our office at (501) 207-5772 between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm.
After hours traffic signal outages can be reported to the Searcy Police Department at 501-268-3531.
