City Council
The Searcy City Council is a group of elected officials who serve as the legislative body of the town. Council members represent the interests of the constituents in the member’s ward.
City Council Meetings
The Searcy City Council meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 5pm. When a holiday occurs on any such Tuesday, the regular meeting will be held on the following Tuesday at the same hour unless otherwise determined. The regular meeting may be rescheduled by the Mayor or City Council in special circumstances, and the media will be notified as required by law.
Searcy City Council Agenda meetings are held the Thursday prior to the second Tuesday at 5pm. Citizens may request to speak at the Agenda Meeting by signing in during the 15 minute period prior to the beginning of the meeting.
The location for the City Council meeting is the City Council Chambers of Searcy City Hall located at 401 West Arch Avenue.
