Chris Howell is currently serving his second term on the City Council. He is a graduate of Harding University and Arkansas School of Law-Fayetteville. Chris is also serving on the Searcy A&P Commission, Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality Petroleum Tank Advisory Board, and Arkansas Oil Marketers Board of Directors.
